Where are you located?

We are located at 424 West Main Street in beautiful historic downtown Denison, Texas.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available for purchase through our official website, or Prekindle. Tickets can also be purchased at our box office unless the show is sold out; you may also purchase tickets to future shows at the box office.

The Rialto Theater Seating

The Rialto Theatre is unique and hosts the Rusty Chicken Saloon in the balcony. So be sure to read the following details so you can pick the seat that best suits your concert experience.

Theatre Floor Seating

The seating will depend on what type of concert or event is taking place. For most concerts you will be able to purchase General Admission Standing Room (OR) General Admission Seating.

ALL BALCONY SEATING IS CONSIDERED VIP SEATING: Must be 21 with a VALID ID to ENTER Balcony Seating!

VIP Lounge Seating contains lounge seating in the front balcony area.

The VIP Saloon is located in the back of the balcony with bar seating. This area is more for you concert goers who like to visit during the concert. You can see and hear the band but seating may have obstructed views.

Is the theater handicap-accessible?

Of course! We have included a wheel chair lift for our guests who may need assistance getting up to our theatre floor. The theatre floor includes bathroom, bar, merch and concession. There is special seating with easy access for ADA seating. Look at your ticket choices when purchasing your ticket.

Is there a dress code?

Men are allowed to wear ballcaps and cowboy hats. Jeans, shorts, and concert tees are allowed, but no cut-off sleeve t-shirts.

Women may not wear clubwear. Remember this is an upscale establishment. Shoes are required.

Are animals allowed?

No pet or animal of any kind is allowed in the theatre.

Where can I park?

You will find free parking along Main Street itself and there are several FREE parking options one block behind Main Street.

Do I need to print my tickets?

You can print tickets or have them on your phone; As long as the barcode is visible and hasn’t yet been scanned, you’ll gain entry.

Does the theater serve food?

No, but you can choose to eat at one of Downtown Denison’s wonderful restaurant options. Check our social media page to find out where everyone attending the event will be pre-gaming and after-partying on the day of your planned event.

Can I bring in my own food or drinks?

In consideration of TABC and health code laws, we don’t allow any outside food or beverages inside the theater.

Is there an age limit?

Shows with age limits will be indicated on The Rialto’s Prekindle ticket page. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST to be accompanied by a parent or adult. If a person is under the age of 21 they will not be allowed to go into the balcony. That is a dedicated area for 21 and over. So when purchasing a ticket be sure to keep that in mind. A person under the age of 21 with a valid ID can not have a VIP TICKET.

Do I need my ID to get in?

Yes, if you plan on drinking. Guests over 21 will receive a different wristband from those under drinking age.

How can I pay?

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted at the bars and box office.

Do you have a lost and found?

All items left at the theatre will be turned into the box office and can be picked up the next business day that we are open. Thursday-Sunday

Can I bring my camera to the show?

Professional cameras and cameras with detachable lenses are subject to artists’ management approval. Unapproved cameras will not be permitted and will need to be returned to a vehicle. Cell phone cameras are more than welcome and encouraged (unless limited by the artist) - Tag us and the artist on social media!

What is your bag policy?

Due to safety concerns of all our guests, only clear purses or bags will be allowed.

What else can I not bring?

We do not permit weapons of any kind including pocket knives, sharp objects or any other items that can be perceived as a weapon. Guns are not permitted!

Can I rent the theater for private events?

Yes, we have several different rental options. You may rent the VIP Balcony area including the Rusty Chicken Saloon for your birthday, corporate party, or other special occasions.
